§ 46-83. License required to engage in business, profession, etc.; issuance.

No person shall engage in or manage any business, profession, or occupation mentioned in this article within the town until after a license shall have been procured from the town, which license shall be issued to each person, firm, or corporation on receipt of the amount hereinafter provided, paid to the town.
