§ 4.05. Remittance of funds.

Pursuant to F.S. § 166.215, notwithstanding any other provisions of law, in the event that a county remits to the Town of Pomona Park, or has so remitted for any prior year, the identified costs of services or programs as described in F.S. § 125.01(6), all or any part of the funds so remitted to the Town of Pomona Park may be further remitted by the Town of Pomona Park, acting as the agent of its citizens and taxpayers, to the taxpayers of the Town of Pomona Park.
